Manicures can be found on nearly every treatment menu, and are often the bread and butter of many businesses. Manicures are designed to improve the appearance of the nails, leaving them looking smooth and shaped. The course covers the consultation, contra- indications, technique and aftercare needed to perform a manicure treatment and is written following the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for beauty, nails and holistic therapy treatments. A manicure offers the therapist or technician a whole range of options to suit nearly every client.
