Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the digital training course ("Course") provided by Cambridgeshire wellness clinic Peterborough ltd ("Provider") accessible through the website located at www.cambridgeshirewellnessclinic.com ("Website"). By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Course.
1. Course Access
1.1 Upon purchase of the Course, and subject to successful payment, you will be granted access to the Course content through your personal dashboard on the Website.
1.2 Access to the Course is granted solely for the individual who has purchased the Course and is non-transferable.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 The Course and all content provided therein, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, images, and other materials, are the intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2.2 You may only use the Course content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based upon the Course content without the prior written consent of the Provider.
3. Payment and Refunds
3.1 The total price of the Course is displayed at checkout. Payment must be made either in full or via an agreed instalment plan.
3.2 Where an instalment plan is selected, the purchaser agrees to pay the full course price in instalments. Selecting an instalment plan does not reduce the total amount payable.
3.3 Instalment payments are collected automatically on the agreed dates using the payment method provided at checkout. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
3.4 If an instalment payment fails, a grace period of seven (7) days will apply during which the Provider will attempt to re-process the payment.
3.5 If payment is not successfully collected after the grace period, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Course content until payment is brought up to date.
3.6 Failure to complete all instalment payments constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Provider reserves the right to pursue recovery of any outstanding balance.
3.7 Access to the Course content is provided as a limited, non-transferable licence and does not constitute ownership of the content. Continued access is conditional upon full payment of all instalments.
3.8 All payments are non-refundable once access to the Course has been granted, except where required by law.
4. Use of Website
4.1 You agree to use the Website and Course content only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 You agree not to use the Website or Course content in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1 The Course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5.2 The Provider does not warrant that the Course will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Course or the Website.
6.2 In no event shall the aggregate liability of the Provider exceed the amount paid by you for the Course.
7. Amendments
7.1 The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
